–YouCanBookMe LTD for online booking platform
–WhatsApp Inc for the purpose of sending and receiving pictures of the services
Your personal data will be held for 6 years from the date of the invoice as per VAT Rules requested by the Revenue Office.
After the aforementioned periods, Fix It Now is committed to archiving and not using your personal data.
Fix It Now systems are configured with data encryption, and firewalls. When you send personal information to us using the Online Booking Form provided by YouCanBookMe, your data is protected by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe transmission.
We will consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, the volume or size of the data collected as well as our legal obligations, in determining the appropriate retention period for the relevant data set. We anonymise and or delete data that is no longer required.
Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by sending an e-mail to us.
Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of an alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
